Q&A

What input does this analyzer need?

Two newline-separated URL lists (control and variant), an analysis range, and a test start date.

Can I run this with only variant URLs?

Not in this version. You need both control and variant URL groups to estimate incremental impact and significance.

How is data collected?

The app requests Search Analytics data per URL and date, then aggregates by control and variant groups.

Is my data stored?

No. Data is used only for the current session to run analysis and is not stored by this tool.

How should I choose dates?

Use enough baseline days before test start to reduce noise and improve interpretation quality.

What counts as a positive position change?

Lower numeric position is better, so movement from 8.4 to 7.6 is shown as positive improvement.

How is statistical confidence calculated?

Difference-in-Differences with bootstrap resampling produces a significance score (0-100%). Scores of 90% or higher are treated as significant.

Can I export results?

Yes. Use Export CSV to download all returned URL-day rows for offline analysis.

Why do I see URL-level warnings?

Warnings usually indicate no data for a URL, temporary API/permission issues, or canceled requests.
